Principles

How we choose tools

The right tool is the one your team can run reliably, not the newest one.

Your stack first

If a tool you already pay for can do the job, we use it. We only suggest something new when it clearly saves time or reduces risk.

Native before custom

Built-in features are easier to maintain than integrations, and integrations are easier than custom code. We work in that order.

Right tool for the job

Cold outreach runs on dedicated sending infrastructure. Opt-in platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo are kept for subscribers, as their terms require.

Product names are trademarks of their owners and are listed for reference only. HighNode Digital is independent and is not a certified partner of, or endorsed by, any vendor on this page.
