A CRM your team actually trusts and keeps up to date

We set up or clean up HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and other CRMs so the pipeline reflects reality, data stays tidy, and nothing depends on someone remembering to update it.

Revenue systems

Signs your CRM needs attention

A CRM is only useful if people believe what it shows. These are the usual reasons they stop believing it.

  • Deals sit in the wrong stage, or stages mean different things to different people
  • The same company or contact exists several times
  • Leads from your website or campaigns have to be entered by hand
  • Reports take hours to prepare because the data cannot be trusted

Deliverables

What we do

Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. You can take the whole list or only the parts you need.

  • Pipeline designStages with clear entry and exit rules, agreed with the people who use them every day.
  • Data clean-upDuplicates merged, missing fields filled where possible, and outdated records archived.
  • Fields and propertiesOnly the fields you need, named consistently, with required fields where they matter.
  • Lead routingNew leads assigned to the right owner automatically, with a task so nothing waits unnoticed.
  • IntegrationsWebsite forms, booking tools and outreach platforms connected so records arrive complete.
  • Reporting viewsA small number of views or dashboards that answer the questions you actually ask.

Process

How we approach it

You get a short update at each stage: what was done, what we found and what happens next.

  1. Review

We look at how the CRM is used today and talk to the people who use it.

  2. Design

Agree stages, fields and routing rules on paper before changing anything.

  3. Implement

Clean the data and configure the CRM, with a backup taken first.

  4. Adopt

Short training and written notes, then a check-in once the team has used it for a while.

Working with the CRM you have. We do not push a particular CRM. If your current platform can do what you need, we improve it rather than recommend a costly migration. When a migration genuinely makes sense, we plan it carefully and explain the trade-offs first.

Questions

Common questions

More answers about access, timelines and how engagements work. All FAQs

Which CRMs do you work with?

We have hands-on experience with HubSpot and GoHighLevel, and we support other common CRMs such as Zoho, Pipedrive and Close. The full list is on our Technology page.

Will we lose data during the clean-up?

We take an export before changing anything, merge records rather than delete them where possible, and agree with you which old records can be archived.

Can you migrate us from one CRM to another?

Yes, when it is the right decision. We map fields between the two systems, move data in tested batches and check the result before you switch over.

Do you provide ongoing CRM support?

Yes. Some clients want occasional help when processes change; others prefer a monthly check of data quality and automations.
