Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data HighNode Digital (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to enquiries and run our business.

Who is responsible for your data

HighNode Digital is responsible for personal data collected through this website. We work remotely with clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. You can contact us about privacy through the contact form on this website.

What we collect

Enquiries

When you use the contact form we collect your name, business email address, company or website (optional), the service you are interested in (optional) and the project details you write. Your enquiry is stored in our website’s private admin area and sent to our business email. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.

Call bookings

When online booking is available, booking a call collects your name, email address, the time you choose and any details you add. Our booking calendar runs on GoHighLevel, a platform operated by HighLevel Inc., which stores this information on our behalf.

Website assistant

The “Ask HighNode” assistant on this website answers questions using the content published on this website. Your questions are matched in your own browser; they are not sent to us or to any other service, and your browser keeps the conversation only until you close the tab.

Technical data

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details in server logs, for security and to keep the site working. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Why we use your data (legal basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry or booking — because you asked us to, and to take steps before entering a contract.
  • To deliver services to clients — to perform our contract with you.
  • To keep the website secure — our legitimate interest in protecting the site and its visitors.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add enquiry details to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our business: a website hosting provider, our website itself, which stores contact-form messages in its private admin area and emails them to us, and GoHighLevel for booking and client records. They process data only on our instructions. Because we work remotely, your data may be accessed or stored in countries other than your own, including countries outside the UK, the EEA and Australia, such as the United States. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — for example under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR or the Australian Privacy Act — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it. To use these rights, contact us through the contact form. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. We limit access to personal data to people who need it, and we use reputable providers with their own security controls.

Changes

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
