Revenue systems

Typical things we automate

Small manual tasks add up and introduce mistakes. These are the ones we are asked to remove most often.

  • Positive replies from cold email have to be copied into the CRM
  • Form submissions arrive by email and someone retypes them
  • Bookings, payments or sign-ups do not update the pipeline
  • An existing automation fails silently and nobody notices for days

Deliverables

What we deliver

Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. You can take the whole list or only the parts you need.

  • Process mapA simple diagram of the trigger, each step, and what should happen when something fails.
  • Built workflowsAutomations built in Zapier, Make or n8n — whichever suits your volume, budget and team — using native app integrations first.
  • API and webhook connectionsDirect connections where no ready-made integration exists, with credentials stored securely, never in plain text.
  • Error handlingRetries, alerts and a log so a failure is noticed and fixed, not discovered weeks later.
  • TestingEach workflow run with realistic test data, including missing fields and duplicates.
  • DocumentationWhat each workflow does, where it runs and how to switch it off safely.

Process

How we build automations

You get a short update at each stage: what was done, what we found and what happens next.

  1. Choose the tool

Native features first, then Zapier, Make or n8n depending on cost, volume and who will maintain it.

  2. Build

Configure the workflow in your account with clear names and notes.

  3. Break it on purpose

Test with bad and missing data to make sure failures are handled.

  4. Monitor

Watch the first runs in production and confirm alerts reach the right person.

Tools

Platforms we use for this work

Green tags are tools we have used hands-on. The rest are platforms we support when they are already part of your stack. Listing a tool does not imply a partnership.

Simple and maintainable over clever. We choose the simplest option that will run reliably and that your team can understand. Large custom software projects are outside this service; if something needs a developer, we will say so and scope it separately.

n8n, Zapier or Make — which is best?

It depends on volume, budget and who will maintain it. n8n can be self-hosted and suits higher volumes and more complex logic; Zapier is the simplest to hand over; Make sits in between. We explain the trade-off for your case.

Where does n8n run?

Either on n8n’s own cloud service or on a server you control. We help you choose and set it up in your account, so you keep ownership.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Workflows we build send an alert when they fail and keep a record of what went wrong, so the problem can be fixed and the affected records re-run.

Can you fix automations someone else built?

Yes. We document what exists, fix the fragile parts and remove duplicates that cause double actions.
