Follow-up that happens on time, every time

We build nurture sequences, reminders and simple lead scoring so every enquiry gets a timely, relevant response — without anyone having to remember to send it.

Where leads usually go cold

Most businesses do not lose leads at the first contact. They lose them in the days afterwards, when follow-up depends on a busy person.

  • New enquiries wait hours or days for a first reply
  • People book calls and then do not show up
  • Leads who are not ready yet never hear from you again
  • Sales cannot tell which leads are actually engaged

Deliverables

What we build

Scope is agreed in writing before work starts. You can take the whole list or only the parts you need.

  • Speed-to-leadAn immediate, personal-feeling response to new enquiries, plus an alert to the person who should follow up.
  • Nurture sequencesEmail, and SMS where appropriate, for leads who are interested but not ready, spaced sensibly and easy to leave.
  • Booking remindersConfirmation and reminder messages before calls, and a polite rebooking message after a no-show.
  • Re-engagementSequences that check in with older leads before they are written off.
  • Lead scoringSimple rules that highlight engaged leads and notify sales at the right moment.
  • Opt-in email setupLists, segments and automations in the email platform you use for subscribers and customers.

Process

How we build it

You get a short update at each stage: what was done, what we found and what happens next.

  1. Map the journey

List every way a lead arrives and what a good next step looks like for each.

  2. Write and build

Draft messages for your approval and configure the triggers, waits and exit rules.

  3. Test

Run test contacts through every branch, including opt-outs and replies.

  4. Review

Check engagement after launch and adjust timing or wording where people drop off.

Tools

Platforms we use for this work

Green tags are tools we have used hands-on. The rest are platforms we support when they are already part of your stack. Listing a tool does not imply a partnership.

All supported platforms

Hands-on

  • GoHighLevel
  • HubSpot
  • ActiveCampaign
  • Keap
  • Klaviyo
  • Mailchimp
  • Brevo
  • Omnisend
  • Beehiiv
  • SendGrid

Also supported

  • Zoho CRM
  • Zapier
  • Make
  • n8n
Opt-in email is kept separate from cold outreach. Platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo and SendGrid are built for people who have opted in, and their terms generally forbid sending to purchased or scraped lists. We use them only for subscribers and customers, and keep cold outreach on dedicated sending infrastructure.

Will automated messages feel robotic?

They should not. We write short, plain messages that sound like your team, and use automation for timing rather than to replace real conversations.

Do you set up SMS?

Yes, where it suits your audience and the rules in your market. In the US, business texting usually requires A2P 10DLC registration, which we can help you prepare.

Which platform should we use?

Usually the one you already have. If you use GoHighLevel or HubSpot, most of this can be built natively. We only add another tool when it clearly helps.

How do people unsubscribe?

Every marketing email includes a clear unsubscribe link, and SMS sequences honour standard opt-out replies. Opt-outs are applied across your system, not just one list.
